Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge

Perched on the hills overlooking Lake Nakuru and its surrounding wilderness, Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge combines panoramic Great Rift Valley scenery with the comfort and atmosphere of a classic Kenyan safari lodge.

The lodge offers 60 spacious rooms, many positioned to take advantage of the surrounding landscape, with private balconies and views across the lake, park and distant escarpments. Its elevated position provides striking sunrise and sunset vistas and creates opportunities to observe wildlife and birdlife around the property.

The surrounding Lake Nakuru ecosystem is particularly renowned for its black and white rhinos, Rothschild's giraffes, lions, buffaloes, leopards and abundant birdlife. The lodge's location also makes it a convenient base for exploring the wider Great Rift Valley, including Lake Nakuru National Park, Lake Elementaita, Menengai Crater and other regional attractions.

Beyond traditional game viewing, guests can enjoy guided nature walks, birdwatching, sundowners, bush meals, culinary experiences, swimming, massage and other leisure activities. The lodge also caters to families, conferences, weddings and private events.
