- • Consult your local travel health clinic 4 to 6 weeks before departure for personalized advice.

- • Malaria is present in low-altitude and savannah regions of Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.
- • We strongly recommend consulting your physician for preventive anti-malarial medication (e.g. Malarone or Doxycycline).
- • Wear long-sleeved shirts and trousers in the evening, use DEET insect repellent, and sleep under treated mosquito nets.
